Making No Knead Dutch Oven Bread


  • 3 Cups Flour (Bread or All Purpose)
  • 1/4 Tsp. Yeast
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 – 1 3/4 Cup Hot Water (not boiling)

Mix all of the dry ingredients and then mix in the water. It should be a sticky dough.  Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for about 3 hours.

When you take it our, add dough to your counter.  Put the dough on the counter and add dough on the top.  Fold the dough a few times over itself.  Please it in a clear bowl and parchment paper inside.

Pre-heat the oven at 450 and put the dutch oven inside.  Set the oven for 35 minutes for the bread to rest.  After the 35 minutes, put the dough inside of the dutch oven with the parchment paper.  Put the dutch oven back into your kitchen oven for 30 minutes.  Then bake outside of the oven for another 10 minutes.
