Recipe: Gluten Free Ginger Cookies


  • 1 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder (more or less depending on preference)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup


Step 1: Mix dry ingredients together

Step: 2: Add wet ingredients and mix.

Step 3: Put mixture on to a baking stone or greased cookie sheet. Set the Oven at 350 for about 10 to 12 minutes and then let let it cool.
